Epica is weer helemaal terug! Het afgelopen jaar is de Nederlandse band naast touren ook zeer druk bezig geweest met het opnemen van een nieuw album. Deze zal op 30 september op de tweede editie van Epica’s eigen Epic Metal Fest worden uitgebracht.
Toch hoef je niet tot dan te wachten voor je de eerste verse noten van de mannen en vrouw door je speakers kunt horen. Vandaag is namelijk de eerste track die op dit album, The Holographic Principle, staat online verschenen. De track heeft de naam Universal Death Squad gekregen en is hieronder te beluisteren. Er zit ook meteen een lyric video bij die net zo goed kan doorgaan voor een muziekvideo. Dubbele pret dus! Maar daar houdt het nog niet op. Ook de album cover, tracklist en pre-order pakketten zijn bekendgemaakt. The Holographic Principle en al zijn pre-order pakketten zijn hier terug te vinden.
